UTM ICT Directorate Expands Online Services for Efficient Management of Municipal Documentation

The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Directorate of the Technical University of Moldova (UTM) has announced a series of significant improvements to facilitate the management of documentation related to municipal services. This initiative responds to the need for a more efficient and accessible experience for staff in monitoring and managing the corresponding expenses.

One of the most recent updates allows staff to access and view receipts for municipal services directly from their personal accounts. In this way, the UTM ICT Directorate has expanded the system’s functionality by implementing online payment options for these services. This additional step is intended to provide a convenient and fast solution for staff, enabling them to pay for municipal services directly through their personal platform.

This development represents the ICT Directorate’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the services offered and introducing innovations that support efficiency and accessibility in managing documentation and expenses.

The Technical University of Moldova, led by Rector Prof. Viorel BOSTAN, PhD, aims to provide a better experience and respond to the needs of UTM staff. This update is an essential step toward offering a more efficient and transparent experience regarding documentation and expenses associated with municipal services.

These initiatives are the result of continuous collaboration between the ICT Directorate under the aegis of the Vice-Rector for Digitalization, Dinu ȚURCANU, and its users, highlighting the institution’s commitment to adapting to the ever-changing needs and requirements of the academic community.

Ultimately, the expansion of online facilities for service management demonstrates the institution’s ongoing efforts to modernize and adapt to the current demands of staff and society as a whole.
