Online Appointment Scheduling – An Essential Step Towards Modern Administrative Services at UTM

Digitalization, Efficiency, and Simplified Access for All Students

The Information and Communication Technology Directorate (ICT Directorate) has launched a new digital module designed to optimize the interaction between students and university administrative services: the UTM Online Appointment Scheduling Platform. This platform provides a fast, secure, and transparent method to access institutional services – no queues, no unnecessary trips, with clear scheduling and real-time confirmation.

🗂️ What does the platform allow?
Students can select available services – issuance of study documents, confirmations, certificates, financial information, and more – and choose the faculty, type of studies, date, and time. All this is done through an intuitive interface, adapted for mobile devices and fully integrated into UTM’s web infrastructure.

📨 After completing the form, users receive a confirmation email with all appointment details: time, selected service, and exact location. A link to cancel the appointment is also included, providing full flexibility in managing requests.
