To make information more accessible and to facilitate collaboration between the university administration, students, and staff, UTM, with the support of the ICT Directorate, has developed a unique university access platform. This platform allows all students and employees to view their personal information.
As a result, students become active participants in their own education, having access to their academic records, study contracts, study agreements, orders and transcripts, clearance forms, and other useful information. Similarly, employees are informed about announcements and events, university orders, functional responsibilities, payroll slips, official requests, work time records, technical support, and more.
With the help of this platform, the academic community saves time, actively engages in both curricular and extracurricular educational processes, and stays up to date with all news. At the same time, the level of responsibility of each member increases, contributing to the quality of studies and the efficient management of data.
